Pipe Type Steam Heaters

Pipe heaters are used in a wide range and can be subdivided into nitrogen heaters and hydrogen heaters according to different heating gases, which can also be called pipe gas heaters. Water pipe heaters and oil tank heaters, these can also be called pipe liquid heaters.

(1) Pipe type liquid heater

The so-called liquid heater is a heater using benzic acid as heating reagent, the metal wire reinforced refractory fiber layer, closely combined and distributed along the whole length of the resistance wire strand with the double cladding layer and the resistance wire strand in the center constitute an integral direct heating monomer that can be bent as needed and can be in close contact with the heated part. The heating monomer is repeatedly wound to form a strip according to the shape and size of the heating object, and then a number of parallel monomers are translaterally woven together with a metal wire to form a braided high temperature electric heater that can be directly wrapped around the heated object.

(2) Pipe type gas heater

Gas heater is an electric heating equipment which mainly heats the gas flow. The heating element of the gas heater is stainless steel electric heating tube, and the heater cavity is provided with a plurality of baffle plates (baffle) to guide the gas flow, prolong the retention time of the gas cavity, so that the gas is fully heated, the gas is heated evenly, and the heat exchange efficiency is improved. The stainless steel heating tube of the heating element of the air heater is made of the heating wire loaded into the seamless steel tube, and the gap part is filled with magnesium oxide powder with good thermal conductivity and insulation. When the current passes through the high-temperature resistance wire, the heat generated is diffused to the surface of the heating tube through the crystalline magnesium oxide powder, and then transferred to the heated air to achieve the purpose of heating.
